Code of Conduct

We view our suppliers as an integral element of our business success and strive to select suppliers who adopt strong ethical standards, conduct their respective operations in a manner that respects the rights of the individuals they employ, and demonstrate careful stewardship of the environment.

As Nviromind expands its sourcing and marketing activities to meet customer needs, we recognize that the selection of source locations and suppliers has an impact on Nviromind's reputation and company image.

These guidelines allow Nviromind to appropriately select new suppliers and locations for procurement, as well as identify and resolve potential problems as they arise:

• no child labour
• no forced labour
• no discrimination
• freedom of association
• no extend hours of work
• workplace health and safety
• wage and benefit minimums

We work with suppliers who have reviewed our Code of Conduct and sign off as complaint to the Code or outline any areas of non-compliance and an action plan for remediation.
